The same Holy Spirit empowers the saints, draws sinners to repentance, and brings judgment upon the wicked. Tribulation and revival occur simultaneously. Both the compassion of God and His holiness are openly displayed to the world.
Some people do not believe in such a revival in the end times. They point to the prophecies about persecution and tribulation and the antichrist in the end times, and conclude (reasonably enough) that there could be no widespread revival. So which is it? The promise of the Holy Spirit being poured out on all flesh before Yeshua's return should bring us much hope as we see darkness increasing in the earth. Will the Spirit be poured out suddenly like in Acts 2, but this time all over the earth? Or will it be gradually poured out at different times and places? I believe both will happen...
Unity is expressed at many levels. A family in true unity has tremendous power as a force for the Kingdom. An eldership in unity also has great power. A whole congregation has more power. An apostolic stream of congregations has even more power.
